Vertue Method Bodyweight Blast at WellFest Dublin
Let’s get sweaty and serene at the Wellness Festival in Dublin
Holy Shiz balls – have you seen the line up at Wellfest in Dublin? Joe Wicks, Gypsyon and Hazel Wallace to name a few.
I’m really excited about it and can’t wait to get my butt on the stage to teach you guys my signature Vertue Method Bodyweight Blast – here’s a little description so you know what you’re in for:
Vertue Method Bodyweight Blast: is an intense 45-minute workout that includes a combination of dynamic yoga, bodyweight circuits and Glute activation exercises. Vigorous full-body movements combined with very short rest intervals will raise heart rates, improving cardiovascular fitness, coordination and mobility, while also torching a whole lot of calories in the process. There is a very specific focus on abdominal isolation and stability, working every layer of the core right up to the six-pack. Each class ends with a soothing meditation, designed to calm the nervous system, boost recovery and lower cortisol (the stress hormone). Those who take on this intense but fun workout will leave drenched in sweat, but also serene and totally uplifted in the soul (and the butt).
My class is on the main stage at 1pm on the 7th of May.
