10 Minute Yoga
Yoga for when you're in a hurry and only have a spare ten minutes.
This sequence is not suitable for beginner as, because it's a quick, I don't spend a lot of time on alignment. However - if you've got a couple of yoga classes under your belt, give this baby a go. You'll love the effects that you can achieve in under 15 minutes - We all live busy lives, but we all have 10 minutes.
